Cathy Copeland Titus
Cathy entered the higher education field as founder of a multi-platform educational technology company designed to provide university enrollment managers with unique student candidate data. After years of supporting colleges on the yield side of the equation, she exited the company and enrolled in a certification program in admissions at University of California to begin helping students and families find their best college options.
Cathy joined Strategies For College in the spring of 2020 as an IEC and continues to manage a small group of students each year. She aslo spearheads strategic initiatives that include proprietary tool development, affiliate programming, and outreach and engagement within our industry.
Todd Fothergill, Founder & CEO of Strategies For College, Inc. has been active in higher education, college admissions and funding since 1990. A former college faculty member at Towson University and Franklin & Marshall College, Todd has assisted over 4,000 families while in private practice.
Todd’s unique approach to college planning integrates cost management, student academic credentials, and family priorities so that parents use their resources wisely and minimize debt funding while not sending their students to colleges they feel they have “settled for.”

His two CPE courses (Strategies For College and Financial Aid Tactics) are registered with the CFP Board of Standards. A graduate of the University of Vermont, Towson University, and Rutgers University, Todd is a Charter Member of The National College Advocacy Group.
